Terms and Conditions

UPU Dev provides web development, e-commerce solutions, CMS-systemen, SEO optimization, web applications, and maintenance & support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

All services will be provided in accordance with the specific terms agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal. In the absence of such a specific agreement, these Terms will govern the provision of our services.

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed upon:

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project
• For ongoing services, payment is due monthly or as specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UPU Dev or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

Upon full payment for our services, clients will receive a license to use the deliverables created by UPU Dev for the purposes outlined in the service agreement. However, UPU Dev retains ownership of any proprietary materials, methods, or processes used in creating the deliverables.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPU Dev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, and other torts.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which can be accessed via the links below. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in these policies.
