The following categories of data may be collected through our platforms: • Personal information: name, email address, phone number • WhatsApp message content: messages processed as part of bot interactions • Business data: company details, order information, inventory, and financial data • Usage data: command logs, activity tracking, and session information
Data Storage
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the EU region (London). Personal data is retained for as long as the account is active and for 30 days after account deletion.
Data Sharing
Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Data is only sent to the Anthropic Claude API for AI processing, and this is done in compliance with EU data protection standards.
GDPR Compliance
As an EU-based company, UPU Dev fully complies with all obligations under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). User rights are protected under GDPR Articles 15–20.
